Job summary

A leading global petrochemical storage firm is seeking a Document Quality Controller to manage its Integrated Management and Document Management Systems. The role involves ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance while supporting stakeholders across the North West Europe region. Candidates should possess strong MS Word skills, experience with document management systems, and knowledge of ISO9001 and internal auditing. This position offers a salary between £30,000 and £32,000, with a home-based working model and occasional travel to London.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage IMS and DMS documents for compliance.
  • Track and report overdue documents through workflow processes.
  • Support development and control of templates and procedures.
  • Assist with internal reporting and stakeholder queries.
  • Manage archived records and define record retention policies.
  • Support migration from hard copy filing to electronic systems.
  • Re-template policies and procedures to meet document control standards.
  • Support internal auditing processes, including report writing.

About the Role

We are seeking a Document Quality Specialist to manage the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Document Management System (DMS). You will ensure documentation remains accurate, compliant and up to date, while supporting stakeholders with workflows, reporting and audit activities across the North West Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage IMS and DMS documents to ensure compliance and timely review
  • Track and report overdue documents through workflow processes
  • Support development and control of templates, procedures and data systems
  • Assist with internal reporting and stakeholder queries
  • Manage archived records and define record retention policies
