Prospero Health and Social Care is currently recruiting experienced staff to support Children and young people in the Yorkshire area.
- Support children and young people in their care, with a can-do attitude, and be willing to go above and beyond to improve their lives.
- Adapt to changing daily needs and new challenges.
- 12 months UK paid experience within the health and social care sector
- Previous experience in a support worker or youth work role is essential
- Flexible around travel arrangements
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts when required
- Resilient and empathetic, with a strong commitment to helping vulnerable young people
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desirable but not essential)
- Social Care registered
- Driving Licence (essential) and business insurance
- Right to work in the UK (we do not sponsor visas)
