Prospero Health and Social Care is currently recruiting experienced staff to support Children and young people in the Yorkshire area.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people in their care, with a can-do attitude, and be willing to go above and beyond to improve their lives.
• Adapt to changing daily needs and new challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 12 months UK paid experience within the health and social care sector
• Previous experience in a support worker or youth work role is essential
• Flexible around travel arrangements
• Able to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts when required
• Resilient and empathetic, with a strong commitment to helping vulnerable young people
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desirable but not essential)
• Social Care registered
• Driving Licence (essential) and business insurance
• Right to work in the UK (we do not sponsor visas)
