Shirley Parsons has exclusively partnered with a leading retailer to appoint a Regional Health and Safety Advisor. This is a home-based position with frequent regional travel across Belfast and surrounding areas, supporting multiple retail sites. You will be part of a wider Health and Safety team, promoting a positive safety culture and providing leadership, guidance, and advice on health and safety matters.

1. Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate accidents/incidents.
2. Design and deliver health and safety training programs.
3. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Assist senior management in developing and implementing health and safety strategies, policies, and procedures.

1. Legal right to work in the UK and a valid full driving license.
2. NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
3. Experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
