The Role:

You will provide day to day health and safety support across multiple sites in Birmingham and the surrounding area. Your focus will be on practical, workable solutions that help site teams maintain high standards and keep projects running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections
  • Supporting site teams with risk assessments, RAMS, and safe systems of work
  • Coaching and advising managers and operatives
  • Helping drive a positive, proactive safety culture
  • Supporting incident investigations and reporting
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across the business
What We Are Looking For:
  • Previous health and safety experience in construction
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both site teams and senior management
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
