TSR Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Lincoln based main contractor with an exceptional reputation and long trading history. Due to growth and future pipeline of work, this contractor is looking to add a Health and Safety Advisor to its team, covering projects across Lincolnshire.

This is a permanent role, operating across Lincolnshire and will be hands on, travelling to construction sites. Construction experience is a required for this role and may suit a site manager or supervisor looking for a career in H&S

The Role

• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed
• Give competent advice and support to Site Managers
• Carry out inspections and report findings
• Establish working relationships with delivery team
• Audits and meetings

The Person

• Must have construction experience
• Strong communication, verbal and written
• NEBOSH (Construction)
• Full UK Driving licence
• Auditing experience
• Knowledge of/experience working to OSHAS 18001 (ISO 45001)
