We have an opportunity for a Composite Race Support Manager to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. • Lead the Composite Race Support Team, setting clear goals and performance indicators.
• Ensure all components are assembled to the highest standards, in line with engineering specifications.
• Streamline assembly processes to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve assembly challenges.
• Work with engineering to define appropriate repair schemes.
• Monitor workflow and make necessary adjustments to meet delivery and turnaround schedules.
• Deliver training sessions to enhance the skill set of team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
• Foster a team environment that promotes innovation and accountability.

• Proven experience in a managerial role related to composite assembly and repair within the motorsport or automotive sectors.
• In-depth understanding of composite production and assembly processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in using work allocation tools and relevant software.
• Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Recent trackside experience within Formula 1 is preferred.
