The General Manager will be responsible for leading the operations, performance, and strategic direction of multiple retail locations. The General Manager will report to the Retail Operations Manager and will align business objectives and implement long-term initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and culture.
This position demands excellent multi-site management experience, the ability to operate with strategic oversight, and strong leadership qualities to foster consistency, accountability, and high performance across multiple teams and locations.
