We’re known for our brilliantly formulated skincare products, which are purpose built for the specific needs of men’s skin. For regular, sensitive, oil prone, mature skin and tired skin, Bulldog has the answer, presented in a straightforward and characterful way to help men look and feel their best. Bulldog has always pushed boundaries to formulate its products as ethically as possible, from our revolutionary bamboo razor, to never using microbeads, ingredients from animal sources, synthetic fragrances, or artificial colours. We were also the first men’s skincare brand in the world to use sugarcane as a raw material in our packaging. It’s this disruptive approach that makes us a leader in our category, with exciting growth plans. We are now looking for a New Product Development Technologist to join us during this exciting period!

You will support NPD projects by coordinating third-party technical development and managing CPAs (timing, targets, markets). You will create and communicate product learning sheets and specifications for marketing and PR. Maintaining strong relationships with chemists, test houses, and fragrance houses is essential. You will also handle technical queries related to product complaints and monitor allergic reactions, following internal cosmetovigilance procedures. Regulatory responsibilities include ensuring all new products meet EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 and other international standards. This role is ideal for a Graduate with a background in Cosmetics Science eager to learn and make an impact.

• Cosmetic Science Degree or equivalent
