A national property company is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to join its HR team. This role involves partnering with management to enhance employee engagement and operational excellence within the region. Location: Home based with travel to Bracknell a minimum of once a month and ad-hoc travel to other LRG offices to attend locations in your region

Salary: £50,000 per annum
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and people-focused HR professional to join our growing HR team as a Regional HR Manager. This role reports into the Group HR Operations Manager and offers the chance to make a real impact across a dynamic and growing organisation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with directors, managers, and employees to deliver hands-on HR expertise, drive operational excellence, and champion initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and performance across the region. Initially, you will focus on supporting the Chancellors brand, with responsibility expanding to other brands across LRG during 2026.
