A leading UK food manufacturing company is looking for a CCTV Monitor to ensure compliance with GMP and maintain safety standards. The role involves observing CCTV feeds, verifying conformance on-site, and logging any breaches. Ideal candidates should have a CAN DO attitude and be flexible to monitor during breaks. Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV camera feeds to ensure compliance with GMP.
- Physically verify compliance against site rules and engage with team leaders.
- Log monitoring activities and breaches for reference.
The job will be the monitoring of live/reactive CCTV systems and be dispatching the appropriate response to any threat or breach seen.
- Alternating between monitoring GMP on CCTV camera screens (all cameras, all areas) walking the floor physically verifying conformance against site GMP rules and engaging with team leaders and area managers.
- Continuous monitoring even when the factory is on break as line clearance and hygiene activities may be taking place at this time.
- Maintaining an accurate log of monitoring activities and any breaches observed
- Challenge and support (offer advice) immediately bad practices are observed
- Record observations of bad practices and actions taken on a central database accessible to only a predefined list of colleagues
- Monitor the implementation of any new ways of working or improvement actions
It is a chilled environment, ideal candidates should have a CAN DO attitude, own method of transport, however 2SFG provides free transport from Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft
