A reputable automotive dealership in South Ockendon is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. The role involves assisting customers with service and repair inquiries, producing job cards, and managing customer records. - Communicate with customers about service and repair work.
- Produce Job Cards in the in-house system.
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive reputable dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the South Ockendon area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
- OTE £35,000 with excellent earning potential
- Monday to Friday work pattern, 8am to 6pm
- Occasional Saturday shifts from 8am to 1pm with time off in lieu
- Supportive and professional working environment
- A working experience within a Service Advisor role
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
- Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
