Service Advisor

Crawley

Salary - Up to £30,738 Basic + Bonus OTE £37,950

Hours - 45 hours per week including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Role

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non‑scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and keep them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after‑sales function and various staff members in different departments.
• Upsell any additional products to new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• 1+ years experience as a Service Advisor (Main dealership experience is ideal but not essential)
