A social housing landlord in the United Kingdom is looking for a Property Maintenance Surveyor. The successful candidate will inspect properties, assess repairs, and provide excellent customer service. We deliver small housing developments in partnership with local communities although for historic reasons, we also own some housing in urban areas.

We have an opportunity for full or part time Property Maintenance Surveyor to join our Property Services (Asset) Team. The successful candidate will inspect and survey Hastoe properties, assessing what works need to be carried out and liaising closely with our customer service centre, property services admin team and our external contractors. They will be expected to provide excellent customer service to our residents, while ensuring Hastoe maintains and repairs its properties cost effectively and in accordance with all legal requirements.
This role offers strong scope for career progression, with Hastoe willing to support candidate on the pathway to becoming an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
There are several positions potentially available, with scope to discuss the geographical areas to be covered at interview stage.

Annual Leave: Starting at 25 days, plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time) plus 1.5 days complimentary leave, along with the option to purchase additional leave.
Enhanced Pension: Hastoe's employer contributions start at 5% and are based on a matching of your own contribution level, plus 2%, up to a maximum of 8% employer contribution.
