We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Field Sales Operations Manager. The role focuses on managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The manager will liaise with leadership, report on activities, and support team development.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service.
• Ensure compliance and best practices are followed.
• Audit the field team and conduct field visits.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
• Build relationships with the field team and customers.
• Drive sales performance in the field.
• Manage time effectively and complete reports.
• Maintain excellent communication skills.

• Strong integrity and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally, spending four days a week in the field.
• Experience managing field sales teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.
• Self-starter with good time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
• Resilient, determined, and solution-oriented.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Fluent in English; bilingual skills advantageous.
• Education up to GCSE level.
• Experience in retail outlet visits preferred.
• Proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, Email.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.

• Competitive salary with end-of-year bonus.
• OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
