Stage Door Receptionist

Swansea Arena, located in the Copr Bay development, is a 3,500-capacity multi-purpose indoor arena opened in March 2022. It hosts live music, comedy, theatre, e-sports, conferences, and events.
The Stage Door Receptionist is a key member of our Back of House team, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and touring companies. This casual role offers flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights, depending on events and maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a professional, welcoming presence at the Stage Door
- Managing venue access and security
- Operating the fire panel and managing building open/close procedures
- Preparing and maintaining the venue’s eight dressing rooms
- Coordinating internal communications between departments
This role suits adaptable, proactive, and confident individuals capable of handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
