C&C Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant / Operations professional for a fast-growing, mission-led financial services scale-up with an outstanding culture and exceptional leadership team.

This Executive Assistant / Operations role is a rare opportunity to partner directly with two inspirational Co-CEOs, shape operations and become a key figure within the business. If you want impact, ownership and progression – this is it.

Position: Executive Assistant / Operations – supporting 2 x Co-CEOs + office and operations ownership

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 + benefits and bonus, experience dependent

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH (Central London)

Benefits: 27 days holiday (+ extra after 3 years of service), private medical, income protection, 2x death in service, annual bonus, share options after 1 year, socials and team events

Key responsibilities
  • Full executive support – complex diary and inbox management for 2 x Co-CEOs
  • Manage up with confidence – prioritise actions and ensure strategic follow-through
  • Office management – ensure a seamless, organised, high-performing workspace
  • Culture & events – plan social activities, offsites and internal engagement
  • Business operations – support processes, projects and internal initiatives
  • Private PA support, help them manage their lives due to being so work/company focused. Personal reminders, support with errands - just happy to help them focus on the business.
