The role - Executive Assistant
- Taking ownership of complex diaries and calendars, keeping priorities on track
- Coordinating international and domestic travel with precision and foresight
- Preparing polished documents, reports, and briefing packs for senior meetings
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting strategic projects and initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the business
- Planning and delivering events that reflect the organisation’s professional image
- Providing occasional personal assistance to ensure a smooth work-life balance for the executives
You will/have - Executive Assistant
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar EA or PA role
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives or board-level leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Strong judgement, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives on staying one step ahead
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with sharp attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international setting
- A positive, resilient team player with energy, humour, and a can-do mindset.
