The role - Executive Assistant


  • Taking ownership of complex diaries and calendars, keeping priorities on track

  • Coordinating international and domestic travel with precision and foresight

  • Preparing polished documents, reports, and briefing packs for senior meetings

  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting strategic projects and initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the business

  • Planning and delivering events that reflect the organisation’s professional image

  • Providing occasional personal assistance to ensure a smooth work-life balance for the executives


You will/have - Executive Assistant


  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar EA or PA role

  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives or board-level leaders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport

  • Strong judgement, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives on staying one step ahead

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with sharp attention to detail

  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international setting

  • A positive, resilient team player with energy, humour, and a can-do mindset.
