The work
Corporate support and advisory work across a broad range of transactional employment matters.
Acting on workforce classification and restriction covenants.
Cross-border M&A, workforce restructurings, employee relations, recruitment and severance.
Advising leading global corporates in Finance, Tech, and high‑growth start‑ups.
Specifics
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, consultancy agreements and employment policies and handbooks.
Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
Misclassification issues and general UK start-up issues for early‑stage companies.
Individual and collective redundancy exercises.
Disciplinary and grievance issues.
The conduct of employment due diligence on corporate transactions and the drafting, mark‑up and negotiation of employment warranties and indemnities as needed.
