A leading financial services firm is looking for an HR Project Manager to manage projects from initiation to implementation in a regulated environment. The role demands a strong background in Financial Services and the ability to lead and manage relationships across various levels. Candidates should have significant experience in delivering HR projects, showcasing excellent communication skills, and hold relevant qualifications. The firm promotes a collaborative culture and aims to empower individuals in their investment journeys.
As a HR Project Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects to contracted time, quality, and budget requirements. This will involve leadership of a distributed project team in multiple locations, and the proactive identification, management and resolution of risks and issues throughout the full project lifecycle.
The role requires a background in UK regulated businesses and an understanding of managing people risk within this environment. Equally, a proven track record of delivering HR change across a matrix and global environment.
As a HR Project Manager at FNZ you may be involved in the delivery of a single large-scale project or multiple smaller projects. This is a very business facing role and requires the ability to build strong relationships with the business, HR team and the transformation programme office, often at a senior level.
The role operates within the UK People Function with a reporting line to the Chief People Officer, UK.
