We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Ealing Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance
management.
Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
Ad Hoc duties as required.
Management or Supervision Experience.
Organisation and attention to detail skills.
Mentoring.
Customer Service experience.
