We are seeking an Employment Associate with 2-4 years' PQE to join a leading employment team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex employment matters, including tribunal litigation, advisory work, and corporate transactional support for high-profile clients.

Handle a full range of employment tribunal litigation, including advocacy at preliminary hearings.
Advise senior HR professionals and in‑house counsel on employee relations issues.
Draft and review employment contracts, HR policies, and directors' service agreements.
Act for high‑net‑worth individuals on service agreements, team moves, and termination arrangements.
Provide UK employment law advice to international clients and coordinate multi‑jurisdictional projects.
Support corporate transactions as the sole employment specialist.
Qualified solicitor status with practical experience in employment law.
Experience in tribunal litigation, HR advisory work, and corporate transactional support.
Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
Ability to lead negotiations and manage client relationships effectively.
Entrepreneurial attitude with proven or potential business development skills.
