A dynamic marketing agency in Wakefield seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital activities for clients. The ideal candidate has 3 years of digital marketing experience, a proven record with Google Ads, and strong expertise in SEO. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end online advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and contribute to our innovative marketing strategies. This position offers career progression to Head of Digital Marketing.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Wakefield (with hybrid working)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: 45,000 per annum

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all things digital for Marketing across our own brand and our growing portfolio of property clients.
This is a hands‑on role for a digital all‑rounder who can confidently plan, deliver and optimise campaigns that drive performance. You’ll oversee websites, SEO / GEO, PPC, Meta and email marketing; manage multiple client PropTech systems; and lead on reporting, automation and AI adoption.
You’ll manage online advertising campaigns end‑to‑end from Google Ads and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to landing pages and tracking, and you’ll use Google Analytics and other analysis tools to understand performance, optimise budgets and continually improve ROI.
You’ll collaborate closely with copy, design and account management teams to ensure every campaign is aligned with client objectives on brand and backed by clear data. You’ll also be a key voice in shaping their digital roadmap, keeping the client at the forefront of digital and AI‑driven marketing.
