Email Marketing Executive

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)

Are you a creative, data driven marketer with a passion for crafting impactful email campaigns? We re looking for a hands on Email Marketing Executive to join a high-performing CRM team within a well-established, fast-growing business based in St Ives. You ll play a key role in delivering engaging, compliant, and high-performing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Create and deliver end to end email campaigns, writing copy, designing visuals, and building responsive, mobile-first emails.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) to manage segmentation, dynamic content, testing, and deployment.
  • Optimise performance by analysing open, click-through, and conversion rates, implementing structured testing to continuously improve results.
  • Champion best practice ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, accessible, compliant (GDPR/CAP), and technically sound.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain consistent messaging and contribute to wider CRM development, including SMS, push and in-app activity.
  • Report and recommend producing clear insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.

  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP).
