Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering the company's marketing activity across digital and offline channels. This position is responsible for producing engaging content, supporting integrated campaigns, managing day‑to‑day channel activity and ensuring consistent and professional representation of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and support commercial objectives.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, liaise with internal teams and manage task dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Produce campaign materials across online and offline platforms, including copy, printed collateral and supporting documentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on engagement, reach and overall effectiveness.
- Maintain an organised archive of campaign assets and ensure documentation remains current.
- Update product listings, specifications, imagery and pricing on the Shopify platform.
- Assist with SEO improvements by optimising product titles, meta descriptions, headings and content.
- Monitor site analytics and provide performance reports on traffic trends, search behaviour and engagement patterns.
- Produce high‑quality written and video content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, product sheets and printed materials.
- Create clear, accurate and customer‑friendly technical content to support product understanding and purchase decisions.
- Develop visual assets using Canva, Adobe or equivalent design tools.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice, style guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain an organised content library and keep assets updated as product ranges evolve.
- Manage posting, scheduling and engagement across the organisation's social media channels.
- Develop visual and written content aligned with campaigns, product updates and brand messaging.
- Respond to comments or escalk enquiries to relevant internal teams.
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to support innovation and reach.
- Coordinate production of printed marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, technical inserts, banners and event signage.
- Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions and trade shows, including logistics, materials and on‑site coordination.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials and communication channels.
- Support internal teams with templates, product sheets, presentations and branded resources.
- Maintain the shared asset library, ensuring files are organised and up to date.
- Contribute to monthly performance reporting across marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate data within the CRM and other marketing systems.
- Support documentation of processes, campaign logs and content calendars.
Skills & Experience
- Ideally CIM‑qualified with 2‑5 years' experience in a multi‑channel marketing role, preferably within a product‑based or technical environment.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content.
- Experience managing Shopify content, including product updates and basic theme adjustments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, analytics, email marketing and social media.
- Confident creating visual assets using Canva or similar design software.
- Experience supporting events, exhibitions or other offline marketing initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
