Job Overview

Threads Styling is seeking a highly experienced and versatile Email Marketing Manager to lead the channel. This is a pivotal role within the Digital Marketing team, requiring full end-to-end management of email and SMS marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue.

As our marketing strategy evolves in 2025, this role will play a key part in adapting to potential platform migrations and aligning with updated business strategies.

Contract Details

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract position.

Key Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Klaviyo (or other ESP) and Google Analytics suite, and a drive to continuously test new platforms.
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
  • Expertise in CRM and ESP.
Required Abilities & Experience
  • Ability to monitor and track email KPIs to deliver reports, including insights and recommended actions to internal partners.
  • CRM & ESP experience.
  • Experience of delivering email marketing campaigns across territories is essential.
  • Ability to closely manage timelines on concurrent campaigns and across calendars.
