Job Title: Pastoral Assistant
Location: Norton College, Tewkesbury, GL20 8UQ
Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8.30am–4.00pm
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
Start: January 2026

Norton College is a specialist school for secondary students aged 11‑19 in Worcester and Tewkesbury.
