A supportive educational organization is looking for a Teaching Assistant in Gateshead. This role involves aiding students with additional needs during KS3 and KS4 lessons. The ideal candidate should possess warmth, confidence in their abilities to support young people, and a willingness to learn. This temporary position offers weekly PAYE pay and opportunities for development in a specialized educational environment.

We’re working with a welcoming SEN secondary school that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, from autism and communication differences to social, emotional and mental health needs. They’re looking for a Teaching Assistant who’s patient, positive and ready to help teenagers feel more confident in their learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
