A leading educational provider in Tewkesbury seeks a Pastoral Assistant to support vulnerable young people and foster their emotional growth. You will create a positive environment by encouraging healthy relationships and providing personal and academic support. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role and is passionate about mentoring. This permanent, term-time only position offers a salary of £22,160.62 per annum, with a commitment to safeguarding pupils and enhancing their educational experience.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8.30am–4.00pm
