Do you have a passion for history, geography, and the stories that shape our world? This is an exciting opportunity for a Humanities Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school, teaching across KS3 and KS4.

We’re working with an Ofsted-rated “Good” schoolwhere Humanities plays a central role in the curriculum, encouraging students to think critically, engage with the past, and understand the world around them.

• Teaching Humanities across KS3 and KS4 (History, Geography, and RE depending on specialism)
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that bring topics to life
• Supporting students to achieve their best in GCSE examinations
• Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment within the Humanities faculty
• Taking part in wider school activities, trips, and events

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with a specialism in History, Geography, or RE
• Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 essential
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire curiosity and critical thinking
• A reflective and adaptable teacher committed to student success

• Ofsted: “Good” with strong behaviour and achievement outcomes
• A collaborative Humanities department with excellent resources
• Supportive leadership team that prioritises staff development and wellbeing
