Overview

Teach Now are on the hunt for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work in a private school based in Hampstead, North West London. This is a long term role to commence immediately and will run for the course of the academic year of 2022/23. The possibility of the position becoming permanent will ensue given you are the ideal candidate.

The school is one that provides the peace of mind and security that comes with traditional teaching and values. As well as a varied syllabus, the environment is balanced, stimulating and nurturing. They aim to provide an exciting introduction to education and encourage all students to learn and grow. They cater to children of ages 2 to 7+ years old and have 2 sites for the Lower school and Upper school.

The school is based in the heart of North West London and is long favoured by academics, artists and media figures. Though urban, Hampstead Heath has meadows, woodlands and natural ponds. The area is renowned for its city view from Parliament Hill.

Role

The role is an Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse. You will be in a class with either 1 or 2 other practitioners in which you will all hold responsibility. Daily responsibilities would be to handle changes in behaviour, oversee room activities, communicate with other members of staff and most importantly create a fun and invigorating environment.

The chosen candidate must be able to commit to the role as continuity is key.
