A leading construction company in Plymouth is seeking a Construction Training Coordinator to manage training programs that support workforce growth and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong construction background and experience in training coordination. Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, maintaining learning management systems, and supporting employees in achieving construction-related qualifications. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This role offers an opportunity to influence workforce development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CITB, CSCS/CPCS and construction-related qualifications.
- Experience with construction career pathways.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate and manage construction-related training programs.
- Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS).
- Monitor progress and provide reports on training outcomes.
