A leading educational institution in Slough is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in the Construction Department. You will support students in achieving their learning goals, assist with teaching and evaluation, and work closely with staff to overcome learning barriers. Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Construction Department at Slough & Langley College on a Term-Time Only basis.
This role requires you to work 37 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (16:30 on Fridays) for 37 term‑time weeks per year.
The responsibility of the Learning Support Assistant – Construction is to enable students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential. The role involves:
