• Lead the ecommerce strategy for Vera Wang RTW, driving growth across womenswear and menswear
• Deliver flawless seasonal launches, drops, and digital campaigns that reflect the brands global prestige
• Optimise UX, conversion, and personalisation through data-driven insights and A/B testing
• Collaborate with top-tier creatives, marketers, and merchandisers to elevate the online brand experience
• Champion CRM, performance marketing, and customer retention strategies
• Manage a small, agile team and agency partners with flair and accountability

• 5+ years in luxury or premium fashion ecommerce
• Proven success in scaling online sales and enhancing digital brand presence
• Deep expertise in Shopify Plus, GA4, CMS platforms, and performance analytics
• A sharp commercial mind with a creative eye for luxury storytelling
• Confident communicator and stakeholder influencer
