Join Arla Foods as a Sales Coordinator in Leeds!

How will you make an impact

Reporting into an Account Controller, you will provide support to the frontline commercial team with tasks such as price and promotional administration, sales reporting, and trade event management. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Weekly reporting & performance tracking (EPOS / RAE report / office rota).
  2. Invoices / coding & adding to trackers.
  3. Debt management support.
  4. Store visits & sample management.
  5. PO creation and management, new store setup, team site maintenance (folders / admin etc), product bible, contact lists, new line forms, and event support (external & internal).

You will also create and maintain promotional performance tracking documents and share analysis with relevant colleagues. Additional duties include price management, team meeting organization (room bookings, agendas, decks & follow-up), invoice and debt tracking, purchase order management, and sample organization for customer requests.

What will make you successful

To excel, you should be results-driven with strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are essential. Strong numerical and communication skills, along with a team-oriented mindset, will contribute to your success.
