A large care provider is seeking a Care Team Leader for night shifts in Mundesley. The role involves leading and motivating staff while ensuring high-quality care for residents, particularly those living with dementia. Ideal candidates should have a passion for providing compassionate care and demonstrate core values in their work. This position offers 27 hours per week on average, with opportunities for additional hours and a comprehensive benefits package.
