Transport Operations Coordinator
Location: Deeside
Pay: £13.42 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8.00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are recruiting staff to join a busy international courier operation in Deeside. This is a fast-paced role supporting transport and warehouse teams, ensuring consignments move efficiently and customer expectations are met.
- Monitor consignments and update tracking systems
- Liaise with drivers, depots and customer service teams
- Process manifests, labels and customs paperwork
- Allocate jobs and support route planning
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Escalate and resolve delays or exceptions
- Support site compliance and health & safety
At least 1 year’s experience in transport, logistics or courier operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident IT user
Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
Reliable, flexible and a strong team player
- £13.42 per hour, weekly pay
- Temp to perm with a global brand
- 27 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays) once permanent
- Full training provided
- Optional Saturday overtime
- Supportive team environment
- Stable Monday–Friday day shift (no weekends)
