A higher education institution in Southampton is seeking a Student Wellbeing Outreach Team Leader to manage a team of Wellbeing Advisors and promote positive wellbeing across the student community. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing wellbeing outcomes and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role offers a generous holiday allowance and access to various staff benefits.

Our service provides a range of specialist support to students throughout their studies, helping them to make the most of their time at university and thrive in their future lives and careers.
As Student Wellbeing Outreach Team Leader, you will:
This role is based on Highfield Campus with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). Occasional evening weekend work may be required for university-wide events such as open days.
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills and proven experience in managing outcomes related to student wellbeing or a similar context. You will bring:
Experience in Higher Education is desirable but not essential.
