Descripción de la vacante
A respected multi-disciplinary practice in England is seeking a Senior Architect to take on a leadership role while managing and mentoring a team of 11. This position involves overseeing project delivery across various sectors, including commercial, MOD, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect with strong leadership experience and skills in AutoCAD and Revit, eager to make a significant impact in project quality and team performance. A UK residency of 5+ years is required for DBS Enhanced & SC clearance.
Formación
- Qualified Architect with leadership/management experience.
- Strong commercial background (MOD, healthcare, education a bonus).
- Client-facing, deadline-driven, and consistent in delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Mentor and manage Architects and Technicians.
- Oversee project delivery and ensure quality across varied portfolio.
- Stay hands-on with delivery, reviewing and coordinating packages.
