A leading technology services provider in Scotland is seeking a Team Leader for their Inside Sales team. The role involves managing customer experiences from pre-sales to delivery, overseeing team performance, and ensuring adherence to processes. Ideal candidates will have previous people management experience, excellent time management skills, and familiarity with software procurement. The position is critical for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving team success.
Qualifications
- Previous people management experience in an administration environment.
- Demonstrates time management and good self-organisation skills.
- Knowledge of the marketplace and industry changes.
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Experience with business systems like SAP and Salesforce.
