Skills
Barker Ross are currently looking for a Line Leader for a co-pack operation based in the NN6, Daventry area. This is a temp to perm role with the opportunity to work for a world leading food and beverage company.
Shift patterns available: 06:00 to 14:00. Flexibility may be required to cover temporarily the PM shift 14:00 to 22:00.
- Manage and motivate a team of operatives to meet production targets and product specifications
- Effectively use the onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
- Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external and follow good manufacturing practices
- Attend Line Leader meetings
- Assist in the training and development of new starters
- Act as a role model for best practice
- Work alongside staff on the production line
- Ad hoc production duties
- Experience working in a similar field
- A can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to motivate
