Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping how a global technology function delivers real value? At Specsavers, we're looking for a Technology Enterprise Planning Manager who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insight and enjoys influencing key decisions at the highest level.

Imagine being the person who creates and maintains the master plan for our entire technology portfolio bringing together teams, projects, and resources into a single, transparent view. You will have experience leading and embedding planning processes and aggregating enterprise-level tech plans across agile and waterfall delivery cycles, supporting demand prioritisation by sharing insights and analysis to identify constraints, cross‑portfolio dependencies & contentions in resources and plan. Your dashboards and reports won't just be numbers on a screen; they'll be the foundation for strategic conversations, helping leaders see the big picture and make the right calls. You'll use your expertise in tools like Power BI, Excel, and Jira to turn resource and activity data into clear, compelling stories that drive action.

But this role is about more than just analysis. You'll be at the heart of our global planning ceremonies, hosting and facilitating sessions with director‑level stakeholders from across the business. Your ability to engage, influence, and build trust will ensure that everyone is aligned, dependencies are managed, and priorities are clear. You'll be the go‑to person for best practice planning guidance, supporting teams as they adapt to new ways of working and ensuring our plans are always fit for purpose. Key to your success in this role will be the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, supporting, shaping and driving adoption of planning approach across the tech lifecycle.
