Responsibilities

• Schedule works orders through the In-house appointments system.
• Plan and schedule responsive repair works.
• Ensure effective operation of IT systems by operatives.
• Monitor and update the status of repairs continuously.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Liaise between residents and maintenance workers.
• Ensure efficient and productive service delivery.
• Support the company policies and procedures.
• Provide backup to planners during absences.
• Manage the diaries of operatives effectively.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for subcontractor work.
• Maintain up-to-date IT records and input on WIP.
• Work closely with CETs and Repairs Supervisors.
