- Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping users with training and system usage.
- Manage and maintain accurate asset data, producing reports and dashboards for analysis.
- Liaise with workplace services to coordinate system updates and ensure data relevance.
- Assist with facilities-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Maintain and prioritise the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery product backlog.
- Monitor system development progress and support quality assurance processes.
- Generate reports on space utilisation, asset performance, maintenance, and costs.
- Use data insights to support strategic planning and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with CAFM or booking systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Concept FSI, Maximo, Condeco).
