The Role: Graduate Customer Support Specialist

Key Criteria

To be considered, candidates must :

✓ Be graduating or graduated within the last 2 years

✓ Be fluent in German + English

✓ Have the right to work (or be eligible under New Entrant sponsorship)

✓ Show interest in fintech and financial markets

✓ Demonstrate strong customer‑service communication skills

✓ Be able to start from January 2026 onwards

You will:
  • Provide front‑line support to financial clients (phone + IM)
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware queries with accuracy and speed
  • Support installation, configuration and user onboarding
  • Build knowledge across multiple asset classes and market workflows
  • Protect user access and ensure data security
  • Train clients on functionality and help maximise product value

You’ll work within a multilingual team supporting users across global markets, including senior executives.

Training & Career Development

All graduates receive an 8‑week structured training programme covering :

  • Financial market fundamentals
  • Product functionality and user tools
  • Client communication skills
  • Technical troubleshooting and workflow support

From there, you’ll develop through :

  • Mentoring and on‑the‑job coaching
  • Exposure to major clients and real‑world cases
  • Opportunities to progress into Analytics, Sales, Data, Compliance, Engineering, or Advanced IT roles

This programme sets you up for long‑term progression within a world‑class organisation.

Eligibility & Requirements

You must have :

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in German and English — written and verbal
  • Strong interest in financial markets and / or technology
  • Problem‑solving mindset with confidence under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with customer‑service experience or aptitude
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and retain complex information
  • Full‑time availability from early 2026
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or bank holidays (time off in lieu)
