This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills to play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and smooth operations across facilities services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the CAFM system, ensuring it is regularly updated and meets operational needs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping users with training and system usage.
  • Manage and maintain accurate asset data, producing reports and dashboards for analysis.
  • Liaise with workplace services to coordinate system updates and ensure data relevance.
  • Assist with facilities-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Maintain and prioritise the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery product backlog.
  • Monitor system development progress and support quality assurance processes.
  • Generate reports on space utilisation, asset performance, maintenance, and costs.
  • Use data insights to support strategic planning and improve operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with CAFM or booking systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Concept FSI, Maximo, Condeco).
