This is a vital role ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR, Access to Health Records Act 1990, and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
- Processing Data Access and Freedom of Information requests accurately and within statutory timescales.
- Retrieving and collating patient records from multiple sources.
- Screening records to ensure confidentiality and compliance with legislation.
- Communicating sensitively with patients, relatives, and professionals.
- Maintaining accurate records on our RADAR system and producing correspondence.
