In this role, you will manage accounts, ensure payments are made on time, and resolve invoice disputes promptly.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts in the sales ledger
- Resolve queries to facilitate payments
- Chase overdue debts via phone, email, or letter
- Reconcile large accounts monthly, including document uploads
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding accounts
- Prepare credit note documentation
- Allocate daily cash receipts
- Archive documents periodically
- Familiarity with posting receipts in AS400 system preferred
Skills Required:
- Experience in credit control or sales ledger preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
- Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dedicated
