- High volume invoice processing
- Preparing and processing the payment runs
- Liaising with suppliers
- Handling complex invoice/PL related queries
- Bank reconciliation
- Managing the PL inbox
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as requested

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Person Specification:
- At least 2 years working within a Purchase Ledger position
- Ability to work well towards strict deadlines
- Genuine passion for long term career within purchase ledger
- Experience working with Sage (advantageous)
- Experience with MS Office packages including Excel
- Excellent communication skills
This is a fully office-based position.
