As Diageo advances its global Business Planning transformation, the Data & Analytics Lead plays a critical role in defining and delivering the data foundations that underpin integrated business planning, performance management, and decision-making across the enterprise.
The role ensures that all data and analytics components, spanning master data, hierarchies, reporting, and analytical products are defined, harmonised, and delivered in alignment with global Symphony standards.
Operating across functions and in close collaboration with the Symphony team, D&T, and GPO process leads and Market leads, this role ensures that business reporting and analytical needs are met effectively, efficiently, and consistently.
