Job summary

A leading facilities management organisation is seeking an experienced CAFM Data Manager to join their team in Leeds on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring attendance in the office for 2 days a week. Responsibilities include managing core system data and ensuring asset records' accuracy, alongside collaboration with operational teams for improving PPM data quality. Qualifications

• Experience managing data in a Facilities Management or M&E maintenance environment.
• Understanding of M&E assets and maintenance regimes, including SFG20.
• Confidence in working with large technical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Manage core system data and user access within the CAFM platform.
• Ensure asset records are complete and accurate.
• Build and maintain PPM schedules aligned to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with operational leads to enhance asset and PPM data.
• Support improvements in data governance and accuracy.
